Scope
Services are delivered only under a separately accepted written proposal or agreement. A website application does not create a contract.
Client responsibilities
No income, traffic, ranking, approval, conversion, or account-safety result is guaranteed.
We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
Clients remain responsible for applicable law, platform rules, age verification, consent, content rights, and third-party fees.
Third-party services may change their prices, features, policies, or availability.
The client must provide accurate information, lawful instructions, approved assets, and minimum necessary access.
Intellectual property
Each party retains pre-existing materials. Deliverable ownership and licenses must be defined in the accepted proposal. Client warrants that it owns or licenses everything it supplies.
Limitations
No unlimited revisions, content production, custom development, daily management, advertising spend, third-party fees, or legal advice unless expressly included in writing.
