Before work begins
Applying is free and creates no payment obligation. Only qualified clients who accept the final written scope and agreement receive a secure Stripe payment link. Payment and cancellation terms are governed by that accepted agreement.
After implementation begins
Because the service allocates implementation capacity and produces customized work, refund eligibility must be based on completed milestones, committed third-party costs, and the signed agreement—not an automatic promise on this draft page.
Scope issues
A change request is not a refund event. Material scope changes require a written estimate and approval.
